Created for: The Sims 3

This is a very exlusive house which almost killed me because of too much trouble with the invisible flooring and the basement pool x)
It has 1 Bathroom and 1 Bed. No Bedroom ^^ So it's probably best for only one or two sims to live in. It is already furnished, except of the basement.
There is also a terrace on the roof and a tiny balcony.
A special feature is the tiny pool in the basement which can even be seen from outside the lot.
