Welcome! The coffee is ready, and an apple pie, just out of the oven awaits you! This is the 3rd part of the Dutch Streets series. This one is the smallest, but in detail, it was the hardest to do. I hope you will enjoy it as much as I enjoyed building it! One bedroom, one bathroom. A big old kitchen ( with a Store set - Provence) and a Sunday's sitting room. I used all expansion packs. This house is build on a 20x20 lot and if you would put the three Dutch Streets together you can easily create your own Holland street. For the authentic look I recommend the ceiling beams by Sim_man123. Anyone some more coffee?
