Created for: The Sims 3

It's good to be rich in Sims 3! Much like it is in real life. There's so many beautiful home to choose from, if your sims can afford it! So I humbly submit another one.
This luxury home was inspired by Mikhail Faustin's mansion in the game Grand Theft Auto IV. The home features large main room with a sitting area by the fireplace and a bar, 4 spacious bedrooms (two with its own fireplace), a study, wrap-around patio with covered area, a swimming pool, and a three car garage. Sumptuously furnished for $210,000!
