Created for: The Sims 3

this is a sim version of the house my grandad shared with my grandmother when i lived in seaton. its desgin from when i last visted it its hand 2 conservatory extensions. large gardge which was used for a workshop for fixing small boats. the back garden still has the shed which was converted into a averary by my grandad long ago for my grandmothers birds. the garden also has my grans secret hidaway and her vegpatch.
there is a small kicthen but a large living room which was also used as dinning room. 2br's and 1 ba. i have also decorated the house in similar colours styles and wallpaper from last time there. unfunished hope ya like
