This is the first of 3 Victorian inspired townhouses that I'm building to go with my Old Fashioned Community lots. This townhouse features a living room, kitchen, dining room and half bath on the first floor. There are 2 bedrooms and a nice sized bathroom on the second floor and a large bedroom, loft area and bathroom on the third floor. There is a small garage in the back and a patio area for entertaining. This house is perfect for a small family or a few adults. Because of its small size, the lot plays very well.

This is a lovely lot Missy!... the mansard roofline is great and I absolutely love \:wub\:  the decorating!... That Wallpaper in the living room and dining room is fabulous! \:rah\:
