This is the second of 3 Victorian inspired townhouses I built to go with my Old Fashioned Community lots. This townhouse features a living room, kitchen, dining room and half bath on the first floor. There are 2 bedrooms and a nice sized bathroom on the second floor and a large bedroom and loft area. There is a small garage in the back and a small backyard. This house is perfect for a small family or a few adults. Because of its small size, the lot plays very well.
