The yard is a beautiful beach with pool bar and spa area. Around the house is a beautiful oasis. Everything you need is in this beautiful luxury home. I build at 40x40 at Sunlit Tides but you can place anywhere.
It has 2 floors:
First floor : large living room, bedroom, bathroom and large kitchen.
Second floor: bedroom, bathroom, bar and relax room.
Exterior: beautiful Swimming Pool, spa and bar area with oasis
