This is a small house for sims who want to start their lives, but made for a single.
Have the essentials! Only one of four rooms are furnished.
I put it rather a single, and she adopt the children! It was very nice. ;)

4 Bedrooms - Only one furnished with bed and bedside table.
1 Bathroom - With shower, mirror, cabinets, sink and toilet.
1 Kitchen - With cabinets, stove, fridge, table, four chairs and recycling.
1 Living Room - With coffee table, sofa, tv and bookshelf.

It also has laundry basket, washing machine and dryer, wardrobe, theft and fire alarm, barbecue and garden.
