Modern house in Hollywood '70s style, I built inspired by Tony Stark's Estate (Iron Man, an idea of gissence).
The house features a tennis court, garage/grotto, 2 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms and other amenities.

I guess it should be placed on a cliff for best result ( on a custom neighborhood, of course).
Where to put a 64x64 lot on default Worlds:
SV: delete Central Park.
RV: on the hill.
