A quaint little house with a big garden and fishing pond for your sims. Slightly based off of french architecture - slightly.
My second upload. A 30x30 residential lot with a large garden out front. It includes 4 small ponds, a deck/dining area, a separated kitchen area, a study room, entranceway, bathroom, and laundry room fully furnished. It also includes 2 extra rooms that can be used for anything - workout area, sculpting studio, etc, and 1 unfurnished bedroom.

On the right side of the house, there is a gazebo with a small table, surrounded by flowers and plants. It has a small pond area in the back, after crossing over the gazebo, with some fish to catch. The left back side of the house has another small pond, without fish, that sits next to a relaxation area with lawn chairs, a table with an umbrella, and a BBQ. There's a driveway on the left side of the house.

Inside, to be honest, is just more experimental then the outside. I was playing with the moveobjects on cheat. I do recommend, if you plan to use the furniture I left inside, that you test things that are obviously moveobjects on cheated, such as the stove, couch, and bookshelves.

It can probably be placed anywhere, as long as it's against a sidewalk so that there isn't an obvious gap between the land texture and the street. Also, both expansions are required for this house. Possibly the stuff pack as well.
