This home was inspired by a photo of the John Chad home in Philadelphia. I was captivated by its simplistic beauty and thought it would make a great starter home. It is not an exact copy, merely my interpretation of the home. It has the basic amenities and plenty of space for a growing family. It will come in on budget for a single sim or a couple. The basement is wide open and ready for expansion as your sims can afford it.
