Created for: The Sims 3

The inspiration for this house in colonial style served as found online photo essay on Key West, Florida, USA.
The cabin consists of two floors and a courtyard overgrown with tropical vegetation. The ground floor has a kitchen, living room and a tiny laundry room (if your sim lazy to wash, instead of a washing machine where you can put additional toilet).
On the second floor there are two bedrooms and a bathroom. If your sim bachelor, second bedroom can be converted into an office. The house has three terraces. Parking is not provided in this tropical paradise is necessary to ride a bike :)
