Beautiful modern vocation house for a young couple who like sunset and beach. Yard around the house has several small lagoons with fountains, spa and bar area. Beautifully landscaped courtyard with a beautiful swimming pool in the shape of an oasis. All rooms are large and have a perfect view of the ocean. The first floor has a living room and kitchen with room for dining.The second floor has two bedrooms with space for enjoying the view out the windows. The whole yard with the house is decorated as a lagoon. I build at 40x40 at Sunlit Tides but you can place anywhere.

It has 2 floors:
First floor : living room, bathroom and kitchen with dining room.
Second floor: 2 bedrooms relax area and large bathroom.
Exterior: 2 beautiful Swimming Pools, spa, bar area and several oasis.
