Created for: The Sims 3

This was one of my first huge Sims 3 Houses I built last year well i decieded to re-furbish and share with you!
This is a huge lot I built it on River view then I moved it to Sunset Valley but I had to move the Stadium and put it there.
Well this huge Mansion has it all 2 Swiming pools, lots of outdoor patio space, out door dinning with shelter,
Living room, Office study, Kitchen, Family room, fitness room, Bar area, Game area, Multiple fireplaces,
Mutiple balconies, Awsome pool Views.
The 3rd floor is just for height there is no stairs for it but you can always add stairs and furniture for a 3rd level of
living space!!
