This house is known as the White House and its scary stories in The Philippines. Boasting an American Colonial architecture, this house was built in 1920s, back when the country was under American rule. It was the home of the Laperal family, one of the oldest clans in Baguio, headed by Don Roberto. His wife Dona Victorina was said to be very fond of the fortune plants in the garden.The house has undergone so many things like WWII, 1990 earthquake and more. Today it still stands but no one is living there and reportedly haunted.


This is my remodeled version of the Laperal House. This beautiful house is a coastal style design perfect for beach side location.This lot has a pool and parking space.Thank you for downloading this masterpiece of mine.

This is really a fine looking house with a unique furnishing. But ... there are pictures of some other rooms missing as well as a floor plan. I think we have to discover it ourselves .. as well as it's related secrets\:\)\:rah\: So I thank you for this beautiful lot and I'll explore it today!
