Lotus Pool is a family residence, with everything necessary for modern living on a small lot. It is technically a 4storey building,with the topmost level serving as access to the rooftop observation deck.

The layout is simple and is organised around a central stairway. The kitchen, family living room and genera l bathroom occupy the lowest level, the main bedroom and a second
bathroom one flight up; and single bedrooms for boy and girl are up one further flight. The stairwell in all cases is a separate space, so avoiding accidental invasion of privacy when travelling floor to floor.

The grounds are fully landscaped and feature - in no particular order - a lap pool with loungers, a delightful lily pool with resident statue, a barbeque and picnic table adjacent to the pool, and the garage. The perimeter is securely fenced.

A motor vehicle and a motorised scooter are included - the former for family outings or 'heavy-duty' shopping, the latter for zipping to the library or similar activites.


Lotus Pool was built on the 30x30 lot at 477 Sunnyside Blvd. SV. It requres a flat lot.
