Ladies and Gentlemen, fellow simmers, I proudly present to you the 5th model of the A-designation houses for 20x30 lots.
The Model A - 05 draws strong inspiration from the Suburban houses in San Francisco, and is very losely based on the house from the American Sitcom Full House.
This house comes complete with a home gym, a home theater, basement, outdoor swingset, a nursery for two, and plenty of bedrooms for a big family.
Perfect for couples with many children, or two pairs of couples with their children. This house looks great when placed in a row with other A - 05's. Just simply recolor the outer walls and you will have a nice San Francisco look to your town.
