I had an idea for a house, so I started up the Sims and created this one. Instead of a pond I used a swimming pool en let it look like a pond. First my idea was to get the wat to the top of the floor, but I can't do something like that in the Sims. The house contains at the first floor one bedroom, a bathroom and a study. At the ground-flour there's a open space with a hall and toilet. There's a kitchen island. At the garden are three places to sit, so you could choose always.
YOU'LL DOWNLOAD THE HOUSE WITHOUT FURNITURE. IT ONLY INCLUDES A KITCHEN, BATHROOM AND TOILET (SEE PICTURES).
