Created for: The Sims 3

A futuristic residential complex with three buildings and several leisure activities.

The residential building has three flats. It is five stories high and connected with a tube lift.
At the top of the building is the gym.
Families with children can choose the lower flat with 3 bedrooms. It reaches over the first two stories and the playground is nearby. The 2 upper apartments are for singles or couples. Every story has a balcony.

The community building contains the kitchen (none of the flats has a kitchen), a LiBary (Bar with Library) with stage, a game center with several videogames, table soccer, billard and the crystal plant glasshouse. Some shops provide their wares at the sale pedestals.

There is a pond with sun decks build over it where you can relax, paint or play chess.
The smallest building contains the whirlpool area.
