Picture yourself in a desert. Freddie was touring Lucky Palms and was smitten with the barren wasteland, so I built her a desert retreat. Of course WITH a pool, although it is on the roof, it has the best view from there! It is right next to her little studio. I could have just given her that, but I know that not everyone has a Freddie Sim (so easy to please).

I ended up deleting some of the wonderful clutter to keep the lot below 50 MB zipped, but please feel free to change anything! I was playing a little bit with Industrial and Vintage 50's themes, and aiming for a nicely balanced super modern lot.

I have all EP's and SP's (except Katy Perry installed on this computer. I did not use any Store items and tried not to use any stuff pack items. The lot was built and tested in Lucky Palms and Lunar Lakes, but exported from a regular EA World. It is a simple, flat 50x25 piece of land.
