Created for: The Sims 3

This modern colourful property is set in landscaped gardens with a family sized pool. Gound floor comprises of a kitchen-diner, large living area, bathroom and seperate office/study. The first floor has three good sized bedrooms, family bathroom and a bar area on the outside balcony (with a mix of drinks to get the 'New Home' party started) and on the top floor is the master bedroom and ensuite bathroom. All the rooms are brightly decorated :-). Built at 130 Redwood Pkwy in Sunset Valley. See my blog for more pics.
