This house is perfect for your sims who wants to live by the nature or just relaxing from the city, the house has one base ment and one 1 st floor but not a second floor becuse i just did the second floor so the house looks nice from the outside :)

The house have:
1 Kitchen
2 Livingroom
2 bedrooms
1 relax/study area
2 Bathroom
and ofcourse 1 basement :)

the house is 36 x 47 thats will mean that you will just have this lot by the waterfalls :)
