Created for: The Sims 3

A lovely modern house that I am sure your Sims will love. It is fairly large and fully furnished with 5 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms. There is a pool outside two parking spaces, outdoor eating area, and is fully landscaped with a bit of room for a garden if you wish. It is set around an open floor plan with plenty of windows to let in light. There is one master suit but two other suits on the second floor.
