This house is absolutely one of my favorites yet, the charming curb appeal grabs your attention from the outside but wait til you step inside. The first floor features a foyer with entry to the garage, eat-in kitchen, formal dinning room. a living room, and a bath. The second floor has three bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, But theres more. Head down to the basement and you will find a family room, kitchenette, a game room, and even an office. Rate please!
