This innovative building design was made using floor tiles as sprite 'bits'. by recreatiung the sprites of super mario characters I have made thebuildings on this lot to be shaped as the characters. the furniture, is up to you. I have not downloaded and used any additional content and I have none of the expansion packs so this building should work fine... should.
