Are your sims broke? Did their husband or wife kick them out of the house, leaving them nowhere to go and penniless to boot? Did your teen sim's parents just die, leaving them without a place to call home? Well, look no further! Th' Sonny Shack is exactly that - sun-drenched, sun-bleached, and gorgeous! It doesn't have a bedroom, or much of anything else, really. The previous owner used this as a garden shed, but decided it'd be worth some money, so he fixed it up and tacked on a bathroom. As such, the shack is in a studio layout and the living room is... well, it's outside. Hey! Just be glad the bathroom isn't outside, too!
Anyway, it's cheap, it's cheerful, and it's got everything that your sim could ever need to be self-sustaining. Yep, it's got a garden and a pond that's really more of a mudhole. Frankly, I don't know if I'd eat anything that I caught from there...

I was inspired to build this during a spirited discussion in #sims between BlackGarden, sww, and myself. I wanted to build a little house that was cheap and affordable and would leave the simmie moving into it some extra cash.
As always, this is built in a fully patched game with ALL EPs and SPs except for Fast Lane. It was also playtested for several sim days, leaving you with a garden that is full of nice or very nice plants. If you place it on a larger lot, this would be an excellent legacy house (I mean, c'mon! It's cheap! Like, really cheap!)
