The Finley is the nicest ranch I have built in awhile! Its unfurnished, but its small, so its easily furnishable. It features 4 nicely sized bedrooms, 3 1/2 baths, (whoah!) and a built in swimming pool. Its a brand new house, which you can hopefully tell with the dark wood & light paint, and also no appliances!
