Once rumoured to be hewn from real quartz, that idea was soon quashed by the haul of cement trucks and glaziers in the area! Therefore, it became more fondly known as the Neighbourhood Monstrosity. Still, for Sims who don't care for the finer feelings of aestheticly-displeased neighbours and who must have it all (and know a cheap window-cleaner too), this lot is a MUST-have! They'll even feel good about the fact that this absolute last word in snobbish materialism and luxury also benefits the lives of poorer Sims in the community; after all, the poor things will benefit from the pleasure of gazing upon the lavish lifestyle of the insanely rich - so that's nice for them, isn't it? Something for them to do.
