Does your sim family desire a spacious open home with picturesque views? Have they had enough of the hustle and bustle of the inner city?
This lot consists of a large open living area; kitchen and dinning, and double bar for entertaining. Three bedrooms upstairs, two of which have direct access to the bathroom. When walking out to the backyard you are welcomed with beautiful views of the river and mountains, a large playground area for the kids while the adults can relax on the lounge chairs in the alfresco area. There's also a double lock up garage with room to move if your sims feel the need to take a run on the treadmill or pump some iron on the weight machine.
I recommend placing this lot on 200 Ely Road, Riverview.
Please note car shown in pictures is not included in the lot.
Also the lot requires World Adventures as I have used a lot of items from that EP.
