This lot consists of a family sized kitchen, large living areas; lounge room and several recreation areas for the kids to study or play in. Three bedrooms, two for the kids and the main bedroom comes with a private ensuite. The outdoor dining/BBQ area is perfect for when the adults feel like entertaining while watching the kids playing in the pool. This lot is fully decorated/furnished inside and out, there are two spacious car parks for mum and dad along with a bike rack for the kids.

I recommend placing this lot on 433 Sunnyside Blvd to make the most of the ocean views.

Please note cars shown in pictures are not included in the lot.
Also the large rocks I've used are from the Sims 3 expansion pack World Adventures.
