If you are actually playing with a vampire family, this lot may be perfect for your vampires. It is furnished for up to five sims (vampires) and a toddler.
Outdoors you find two car parks, two ponds with fish, a sandbox and a swing. On the first floor you find a kitchen with dining and living area . On the basement there are four bedrooms, two fireplace, a bar and a great bathroom. On the second basement level is a pool, barbeque, dining area and deck chairs. On the third basement level you find a fitness room.
I've used no CC but some EA Store items: the Technophobe No More Set, the three free Halloween Treats Sets and the Gothique Living and Sleeping Rooms.
I've built this lot in Sunset Valley.
