One of 5 rowhouses which can be placed side by side. You will need to go into the World Editor first to place the correct sized lots in a row before you place the rowhouses. This lot was meant to be placed on the left end of the row. On the first floor is a living room, open dining room, small kitchen and small room which can be used to place the art easel. There are 2 bedrooms and a bathroom on the second floor and a useable attic on the third floor. The house is unfurnished except for the kitchen and bathroom.
