A very pleasant villa for your sims!

Simpler geometric shapes do not equal boredom! This modern house features many interesting spaces that interweave each other, as well as a curtain wall system that is playful.
Another unique aspect is that part of the house cantilevers over an impluvium/pool that reaches to the outside. Whether you like the sunshine or a cooler interior, you will always be happy as a swimmer in this house.

Note: The long cantilever without major steel trusses is only possible because this house is virtual, and hypothetically, in the future, we could be using a continuous, strong nano-carbon structure bent along the long bearing wall (both acting as a floor plate and a wall (similar to the new imacs, or the ICA in Boston)).
