I realised that most of the houses I make are large, fairly unaffordable and boxy, so I decided to try a hand at making a starter home. Fun!

This one squeezes in at just under $16000, so is perfect for a newly-created couple. 1Bed, 1Bath, carspace and small garden. I've used the smallest lot in Sunset Valley (Where the bistro is).

I also thought I'd use a colour I rarely use, hence the purple everywhere.

I love your house - purple is one of my favorite colors - I especially love small houses.  It seems when you have your sim live in a large house, it seems like it takes them forever to get anywhere in the house.
