What Medieval church or great hall is complete without some lovely hammerhead beams filling in the space under the roof? Here are two styles of beams that can be used alone or in alternation to produce great ceilings. Type B beams are designed to be used in alternation with Type A, not by themselves. Sized to fit over spans from 4 to 8 tiles in width. Beams require a 1-tile wide area to either side on which to rest.
