Ground floor - Decoy entrance with a built in Time machine. Main entrance with interior lobby, dining/entertaining area, Kitchen and bathroom. There is also a single bedroom for a guest or a place for a butler to sleep if so desired.
1st floor - Control room, Living room and rear lobby/stairs.
2nd floor - Kitchen, bathroom and outside patio/telescope area.
Roof top terrace - Patio area and bench.
I have left ample space around the lot for you to personalize the look you want, IE:- whether you want a trash laden garden or a beautiful botanical fest :)

This build was created on the lot called '1875 Trex Hill'. This can be found in the town called Appaloosa Plains which is the neighborhood introduced with The Sims 3 - Pets. You can of course use this on any other 40x30 lot.
My game is fully patched up to 12.0.273.015001.
The lot includes a basement, of which you will have to have World Adventures installed for you to see this. Otherwise the basement will not be shown in your game.
I have every expansion and stuff pack right up to Showtime.
No custom content is included in this lot. Only extra items from the in-game debug menu have been included.
