I have paid for a subscription but my account is not showing as a VIP member account.
Our Answer:
First make sure that you are properly logged in and have days left by looking in your account settings here: http://www.thesimsresource.com/mytsr/account/account
If you are logged in but it says you have no days left you might have created more than one account at TSR and are using the wrong one.
Only the account that was used when the subscription was created will get the subscription days.
In case you can't figure out what account you might have used then contact support.
If it says you have days left and you still can't download, then something is really wrong and you should contact support (let us know if it's for all files or specific ones).
