A Beautiful Valentine Surprise to all my friends.Its a Modern House for our sims with all the luxury,is a perfect blend of Nature's beauty with the Modern Style.Situated at 57,Waterfall way Stoney Falls [community lot] changed to residential lot in the Sunset Valley.As the world has advanced so our sims do want luxuries in their lives.Lets take a round,
The Main House is situated on the other side of the bridge,it has:

IMPORTANT:I highly recommend everbody to change the 57,Waterfall way Stoney Falls [community lot]) of the Sunset Valley to Residential Lot and place this lot in that place,as such it is specifically made on that lot to create the ultimate magic of living on the surrounded waters and the nearby Waterfalls.
I have the following expansions installed: Base Game ,Late Night,Generations,Pets,Showtime,Supernatural and Seasons.I have really enjoyed playing this lot which gives a real beautiful scenario and a real foesty feeling of waterfalls.So do enjoy with this beautiful lot as its my Valentine's Surprise to everyone.
I wouid thank from all my heart to all the Artists(TSR Artists and Lunasims) for their beautiful custom contents. I have used the Rebuilto Balcony set of Lunasims(http://lunasimslulamai.jimdo.com/)in this lot.
