Hi! My name is Tina and I am from Virginia. My passion is building and decorating houses for The Sims 3.
I started playing Sim City when it first came out and loved building cities, but I longed to be able to build and decorate my own houses. Along came The Sims, and I was hooked. I anxiously awaited each new incarnation of the game, hoping for more options in building materials and furnishings until, finally, The Sims 3 gave me the design choices I wanted. At last, I could change the colors and textures and patterns, and I was happy--for awhile. Again, I began to long for more choices. Not those same old sofas again or the same one or two lonely plants to stick in a corner! Then, I discovered TSR and, as they say where I come from, I've been in "hog's heaven" ever since. So, thank you to all of the wonderful, talented artists at TSR for sharing your creations and making building and decorating my houses so much more fun!!

One of my first jobs was to remodel a bathroom. The owner said that the previous occupant had terrible taste! I thought, "Great! It wil be fun to redo one of EA's designs."... ...More
Building on a Budget!Written Oct 17, 2013
I have just submitted my fourth lot, Vista Del Mar. This is the largest home I’ve built, and as in real life, it was a challenge to keep it within “budget”. In real life, you are limited by the amount of money available for construction. You must make trade-offs between what you really want and what you can afford. Do you really need that fifth... ...More
