My Sims 4 Legacy Save Turned Into a Complete Soap Opera

I have been trying to play a Legacy Gameplay in my Sims 4 forever save for quite some time, and I had plans to show off the impressive generational tree in a blog when I hit ten generations. However, these particular circumstances demanded that the tree be unveiled before my quest was complete.  So let’s get to this very unfortunate Legacy Gameplay… and the soap opera that became of it.

The Fenrir Legacy – Generation 5: Astrid Fenrir

Alright, so long story, very summarized, this family has been cursed in more ways than one. Not only are many of them werewolves, but a lot of randomly bad or just funny things happen to them. And not to mention Generation 4 is still going and has been an absolute challenge to play as Astrid’s parents as they have had two sets of twins and more on the way….

So now to Astrid, the heiress of the 4th Generation of Fenrirs. Somehow Astrid did not inherit the Werewolf trait; however, she is the oldest, so we go with it. She did meet the famous townie Alexander Goth in grade school, and they became immediate best friends. Once they were teenagers, they began to date, and the relationship seemed solid and wholesome. As adults, they had a lovely wedding and then a set of twins: Lurien and Luke. Both Astrid and Alexander worked at Astrid’s Salon, and things were going well!

Something Is Off…

I do need to update my images as a lot of these kids are adults now.

I thought that they were going to make it… until the night of the alien abduction… I noticed Astrid’s Aunt Lyse (who is actually also a Young Adult… the same age as Astrid) holding a baby. And I thought to myself, I didn’t know she was pregnant… but I had been so dedicated to Astrid’s salon and the twins, so I just didn’t notice.  Alexander had been abducted outside of the Salon, and when he was returned… (even the Aliens didn’t want him), he immediately went and kissed Lyse. Not his wife… but her Aunt!

And The Plot Thickens

So naturally Astrid kicks Alexander out, and I just dump him out in the world. The days go by, and guess who shows up at the Salon… Alexander, but he isn’t with his NEWBORN baby and Lyse…. oh no, he is with Astrid’s cousin Macie. And guess what… she is pregnant.

Like bro, you are now in this family tree on all sides for the total of 3x. What is even going on… and I assure you there are plentttty of more Sims in my world. I have over 100 Sims I have personally made, plus all the random townies, but here we are, Alexander… what are you doing? I don’t know if he is trying to marry for money or what… but none of these gals have any yet. It’s all with Lux Fenrir; and she is spending it all. This family is a soap opera in itself.

Astrid Trying To Move On

It is one thing to have your ex-husband showing up at work with your cousin… But poor Astrid is having a lot of trouble finding a date. Take a look at her Cupid’s Corner ‘Matches’… good thing it can be refreshed every 12 hours!

I plan to sit down and play this game again soon so you all can have updates on the ongoing soap opera that is my game.
