Spring Fashion Trends – Spring Colors 2024

Now that Winter is gone, we can look at Spring Fashion and Spring Colors for 2024! Spring is the season of renewal and rebirth, creating a palette of colors that bring joy and a sense of adventure! Spring Colors 2024 range from delicate pastels to vivid greens that mimic the colors of Spring flowers blooming. A few colors surprised me this Spring, as there were fewer pastels and more earthy tones. So, let’s look at these Spring Colors 2024 using CC!

Color Research

I have researched Spring Colors to ensure you get the latest trends. I then took it to CC and found the colors and trends from this information.   CC here at TSR has limitless possibilities and can easily match the trends found and predicted. I found the following results from the following sites; Vogue, Pantone, dressedformyday, and stylecaster.

Typical Spring Colors

We always expect to see pastels and bright patterns in Spring. This year, more earthy tones are trending than in previous years. These tones still reflect nature and the new growth we see in Spring. Trends show that these Spring Colors 2024 include bold pops of energetic colors like coral and sky blue, sparking creativity and adventure. The spring color trends of 2024 promise to captivate and inspire, inviting us to embrace the season’s vibrant essence through fashion.

Color #1 – Porcelain White

Typically, Porcelain White is a color we see during the Summer months; however, in 2024, this is a trending Spring Color. This color can be paired with numerous styles to quickly make a casual or formal look. I chose a fun spring vacation look; a Porcelain White shirt and jeans, making this outfit fun but also comfortable and casual.

Color #2 – Orangeade

Orange can be a super fun color that adds a vibrant pop to your Sims wardrobes. I am not usually an orange fan, but this desaturated Orangeade is not super bright and still has a lot of color to offer, and I love it!

Color #3 – Pastel Lilac

Lilac is one of the top colors for Spring Color trends each year.   2024 is no different. Pastel Lilac is such a vibrant color that promotes the message of the joy of Spring. I also absolutely love this Sim, as she is one of my new favorites.

Color #4 – Lemon Drop

Like the orangeade color, lemon drop is another super bright color we tend to see in summer. However, this desaturated lovely tone represents the sun that will shine in the spring and get all those beautiful flowers to grow!

Color #5 – Sky Blue

Sky Blue is a color we generally see in the springtime. Recently, this color or a variant of it has been trending since Winter. The one thing I noticed slightly different about this Spring is that the bright blue seems a bit desaturated from the colorful, vibrant pastel this year, verging on a teal or aquamarine tone. Some trending blues are more prosperous and stronger colors than the typical pastels. Regardless, I would still classify this color as sky blue and put it in the typical Spring colors.

Color #6 – Desert Flower

Instead of picking bright pastel pinks that have been trending since the Barbie movie was hinted at, I selected this lovely pink hue. This desaturated pink is deep and rich, a perfect match for a desert blossom or rose blooming in the Spring.

Color #7 – Quiet Shade

Grays are typical for Spring as they pair very well with pastels and bright colors. I put an entire gray outfit together to highlight the colors, but generally, this color is paired with brighter colors in the trends.

Color # 8 – Pistachio Sage

I absolutely love this color! Again, it has more of an earthy tone, like the quiet shade and some other colors here, and I think it is more of a fall-ish color. Again, I placed this color in the typical spring section because greens are often seen in Spring, and earthy outfits generally start trending in spring for boho and outdoorsy styles.

Not typical Spring Colors

Like Winter Colors in 2023, some colors in the trending Spring palette are not your typical seasonal colors. Spring, the season of renewal and adventure, leads to trying new things, like a different fashion style or color. These vibrant tones will be noticed even in the not-typical spring colors.

Color #9 – Chocolate Brown

This dark, rich Chocolate Brown color is a stunning shade. Its tone is very minimalistic and earthy. I was surprised to see it as a trending Spring Color in 2024. But I love this color, as you can wear it with many styles and it is perfect for earthy looks.

Color # 10 – Marlin Blue

Blues and pinks have been trending for quite some time. This blue, to me, seems more of a Winter tone. But maybe we are going to see some darker coastal looks trending soon!

Color #11 – Liquid Gold

Another surprise, and I am not quite sure how to explain it, other than Y2k and the 90s fashion… Y2K is still trending, and now Glam rock and the 90s styles are also trending. So expect to see metallics, leather pants, lace, bold colors, big eyeshadow, and big hoop earrings trending soon!

Color #12 – Cherry Red

Red has been a super trending color since Fall 2023. It is still one of the top trending colors, even during Spring! This red is bold and beautiful, and I will not complain; if I have to wear a color, it is either a deep purple or a red.

Summary

In this enchanting season, every hue tells a story. Soft petals unfurl in shades of blush and lavender while the golden glow of sunshine bathes the earth in warmth. Fresh leaves emerge in verdant greens, signaling the promise of growth and transformation. As nature bursts into bloom, each color whispers of new beginnings and the endless possibilities that lie ahead.
