TSR Weekly CC Drops: New Sims 4 CC for the Week of August 23rd
Welcome to another edition of TSR’s Weekly CC Drops! A ton of great CC was released here at TSR this past week, so we are going to take a look at just a small portion of what was released.
Items are separated in this CC listing into three parts: CAS CC, Build/Buy, and then Sims/Lots/Rooms. CAS CC will have the most, as buy items are generally in sets, and there is definitely more individual CAS CC than any other category. But don’t worry, I will make sure to pull a variety of types, styles, and artists in the listing so you have plenty to pick from.

New This Week – CAS CC
Last week I tried to stick to a theme; this week I figured we would go with variety. Although there is a great variety of CC here, I did notice a slight pattern to the CC being released. This trend of CC featured more relaxed, fun styles and comfortable yet super-cute attire. I would also expect more Wedding CC; here in the USA, May and Late Sept/Early October are BIG and super popular for weddings.

New This Week – Build/Buy CC
There was quite the variety within the Build/Buy CC here at TSR this past week, and I absolutely love it. If anything, I would say Earth/Natural tones and materials are a theme in a lot of sets and builds, but I think that is also, for many, the time of year. Fall designs generally use more Earthy tones. This is my favorite time of year, and my 2nd favorite type of color, so no complaints here. Look at those counters and cabinets tho, yes I downloaded them and everything else listed here.

New This Week – Sims, Rooms, & Lots
For many Simmers who download premade Sims, this week was especially exciting as their recent requests were granted. That is, right, Simnessz1 created a Sim inspired by Erling Haaland. The Sim looks great, but I am not sure what the big craze is since the World Cup. If it is your thing tho, now you can put the Celeb-inspired Sim into your game. OK fine. Full disclosure. Yes, I downloaded Erling and he is now wondering around my forever save game. I also downloaded April and Silas.
Aside from some really great-looking Sims this week, I was particularly excited about the variety in lots and rooms. We go from coastal, beachy styles to manor/mini-castle styles to an Oasis-style build with cozy aesthetics. And again, I downloaded them all. My computer is going to take off like a jet engine one day.
