IFF Pencil 2 is basically an editor for IFF files that edits almost everything: STR#, FAMs, TTAs, CTSS, OBJD, OBJf, BCON, BHAV, TTAB, DGRP, and so forth. Only a few resources haven't been done yet (SPR2, SPR# and SLOT). The script.txt file contains the most recent SST code. SST means Scripted Simantics Translator and it's a self-made scripting language that is completely written for effective translation of SimAntics code to readable stuff.
