SimEnhancer NPC Makeover Kit

The SE NPC MakeOver Kit is as the name suggests for making changes to NPC characters in the game. This includes changing skins, gender, age, name, etc. Additionally it can be used to extract any skins used by NPC characters. This is the perfect companion to SimEnhancer 3D since the combination of both programs gives you greater flexibility. (I.E. You can extract out NPC skins and then use the CMX Builder and Import Skin Texture features in SimEnhancer 3D to make them available to both programs

Please note that this program only applies to true NPC characters such as the Firefighter, Maid, Chefs, Clerks, etc. that are never available as playable characters. Townies, Tourists, etc. are often referred to as NPC characters (NPC = Non Playable Character) however they can in fact be played once they are moved into a family. SimEnhancer 3D above can be used for Townies, Tourists, etc. which have many more options available to change.
