The fourth floor of this apartment is just your basic average gym with mirrors so your Sims can see him/herself and improve his/her form, a television on one side for those who are more motivated by TV, and a side with a stereo for those who are a little more motivated by music. It is conveniently located directly above the bathroom for quick access and a small deck out to the side for those Sims who like a little breeze now and then in between work outs.
