The seasons have changed since this project began. True to Gran Burrisoph's legacy, the bakery chefs at Sugar & Spice & Everything Nice Bakery have switched over an entire prep station to the assembly of seasonal pies. There are pears and apples to bake, and apricots and plums for added flavor.
