Captain's Log; Date 1866: Ever since I abandoned my old life of wealth, status and priviledge for a life of obscurity and adventure, I have stayed true to my vow that nothing I or my men use, wear or eat is of the earth. Every meal is harvested from the ocean depths. The sunken island of Crespo is one of our finest underwater gardens--the warm Mediterranean climate above making the conditions of the waters below perfect for marine cultivation. We grow everything underwater: sea lettuce (Ulva Lactuca, a form of edible green algae, perfect for salads); sea potato urchins (the reproductive organs or gonads of some sea urchins are quite delicious when basted in barnacle sauce); and yes, even Watermelons (lol).
