This stuff...Sometimes it happens during the neighboorhood or on lots but it messes up my games! I even lowered the graphics and it keeps doin this

It is probably neighborhood corruption.

If the neighborhood is one that was shipped with the game, you can replace the neighborhood with its starting state. I do not remember the exact directories for the neighborhoods.
If the neighborhood is one you downloaded from some site, probably delete the neighborhood then reinstall it.
If the neighborhood is one you created, probably completely remove the neighborhood then start all over.

If you have SimPE, it would be safe to make copies of sim bodies using SimPE's Sim Surgery. SimPE can be downloaded from here:: http://sims.ambertation.de/
