How do you like this small village on the sea? I'm from Italy, living near Cinque Terre, and I so much wanted to build something similar for my sims to live in too. So I decided to start a new neighborhood and to build a bunch of community lots forming a whole realistic village. It took me quite a lot of time, actually, but I'm pleased enough with the result. As you see, these are three lots: one of them is a beach lot, then there is a 3x5 one and a 3x3 with church and graveyard. All houses are fully decorated and furnished so that my sims can find anything they might like to find when they go shopping or having fun. You know, hairdresser, pet shop, cafeterias, drink bars, restaurants, bowling, skating, boutique... anything I could think of, even a small spa. I'm so sorry I can't upload the lots to TSR, they're full of CC and I cant't even remember when or where I downloaded them, besides it would be hard to place the beach lot elsewhere than where it is (a custom sc4) due to the steep slope, I've tried myself to move it but it won' fit anywhere. I just wanted to share my very personal challenge with you, thinking you might like it.
