...Because sometimes the rain stops and the tree is _still_ on fire, and your Sims will drop _whatever_ they're doing and run out and dance around the tree shrieking no matter how much you furiously cancel the "ZOMG FIRE!" icons in their queues and try to get them to do something else. Eventually you might actually manage to get one to call the fire department, but during that another one of these doofs will manage to catch _himself_ on fire by running right into the burning tree. Idiots.
